For change-of-mind returns, items must remain sealed, unopened and in their original packaging. Receiving a different random character from the one you hoped for is not a reason for return or exchange. Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items are covered under the conditions in our returns and refunds policy.
How to Gift a Blind Box
A few tips to make the experience even better:
- Buy sealed. Part of the magic is the unboxing experience — make sure you're giving a sealed, unopened box.
- Check what a set includes. The box count, assortment and repeat-design rules depend on the listing. Do not assume every case contains 12 boxes, no duplicates or a secret edition. Compare random singles, confirmed designs and full sets before ordering.
- Note the age rating. Most designer toy blind boxes are rated for ages 15+. They're collectibles, not children's toys, and contain small parts.
- Add a gift note. All DidaPop orders can include a personal gift message. Just add it at checkout.
