Shipping & Delivery

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (2–5 business days) + Shipping Time (7–14 business days)
Our delivery estimates depend on multiple factors, such as the destination and the time required to prepare and pack your items for shipment.

Shipping Refund Policy – Combine Orders to Qualify for Free Shipping

If you place multiple orders on the same day and they have not yet been shipped, you may contact our customer service team to request a combined shipment. If the total amount of the combined orders meets the free shipping threshold, we will refund the shipping fees for the eligible orders.
Please note: The request must be made before your package is shipped. Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for this policy.

Order Tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

Duties & Taxes
Once your order arrives in the destination country, any applicable import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient. These fees are determined by local customs policies, which vary by country, and we have no control over them. For questions about customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

U.S. Tariff Policy
Since late April, Didapop has adjusted its shipping strategy by absorbing increased logistics costs to shield U.S. customers from unexpected import tariffs or duties. As a result, all current orders ship at pre-policy prices without additional import tax charges.
Please note: if there are any future changes regarding tariffs, customs, or shipping processes, we will notify customers in advance.
Currently, all U.S. orders are being delivered normally, with no duties required from recipients.

Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy

"Blind box" means no one knows which exact figurine of the series you may get before opening— nor do us. A regular figurine will be replaced if the secret edition appears in the whole set (big congratulations!!!)

• Thus, we CANNOT guarantee which exact figurine you will get upon purchase.

• We also CANNOT guarantee that any purchase will definitely get the secret edition (please refer to the probability on product package).

• Number of figurines in each series varies.

REMINDER: due to the special feature mentioned above, we DO NOT offer any refund or exchange.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@didapop.com
