How We Ensure Authenticity
Every figure DidaPop sells is sourced directly from official manufacturers, licensed distributors, and verified artists — never from third-party resellers or grey markets. Our authenticity guarantee covers all POP MART, Baby Three, and partner-brand products. If you ever receive an item you believe is not authentic, contact support@didapop.com within 14 days and we will resolve it.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to more than 60 countries. Estimated total delivery time is 2–5 business days for processing plus 10–18 business days for shipping to most destinations.
- Free shipping on orders over $30 USD to the US (contiguous 48 states), UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Mexico, Brazil, and more.
- Standard shipping is $7 USD for those regions, or $12 USD for remote destinations (US territories, UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, etc., with free shipping over $90 USD).
- U.S. orders currently ship duty-free — DidaPop absorbs increased logistics costs so U.S. customers are not charged unexpected import tariffs.
