Our shipping partners sometimes re-book a parcel part-way through its journey, so it travels the rest of the way under a new tracking number. The original number stops updating and can show statuses like “Returned to sender”, “Returned to origin” or “Shipment cancelled” — none of these mean your order has come back to us.
If your tracking has stopped updating for more than a few days, or shows any of those statuses, message us and we'll look up your current tracking number right away.
Where's my box?
Paste the tracking number from your shipping email. Tracking usually starts updating 48–72 hours after your order ships.
Carrier is detected automatically. Order number won't work here — use the tracking number.
