Blind Box FAQ
What is a blind box?
Each sealed box contains one random design from the series. Listings marked “Confirmed” let you pick the exact design instead.
Is it authentic?
Yes — every item comes from official manufacturers or authorized distributors. Where a product includes an authentication code, use the brand’s official verification service and follow the instructions on its packaging.
What does “no box” mean?
This option omits the printed retail box. Check the selected variant description for the inner packaging and any included accessories.
Can I get a secret / hidden edition?
Secrets are randomly packed by the manufacturer at the ratio printed on the series box. We keep boxes sealed and never weigh or pick them, so we can’t guarantee which design is inside.
How long does shipping take?
Usually 7–18 business days from order to delivery, including processing and shipping, to most standard destinations. Remote areas: 12–25 days; see the Shipping Policy for details. Free Shipping On Orders Over $30 (USD) In Eligible Areas. Check our Shipping Policy for destination coverage and any exceptions. See our Shipping Policy for the country list. Pre-order items ship after stock reaches our warehouse; check the product listing for its release information.

Contact support@didapop.com within 14 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, wrong or missing.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for sealed, unopened items in their original packaging. Returns or exchanges are not available solely because a random blind box contains an unwanted design or no secret edition.
Contact us for return authorisation before sending anything back. DidaPop covers return shipping for damaged, defective, wrong or missing items; customers cover return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns.
You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy for eligibility, the return procedure and refund timing: https://didapop.com/policies/refund-policy
Maltese, the fluffy white pup adored by collectors across Japan, gets the classic Bandai candy toy treatment in this box series. Each box hides one collectible figure from the lineup, so every unboxing is a small surprise.
Made in Bandai's shokugan tradition, the figures are cast in sturdy PVC with a soft matte finish that captures Maltese's round eyes and cloud-like fur. They are compact enough to live on a desk, a shelf, or next to the rest of your blind box collection.
- Blind box format: designs are randomly packed
- Official Bandai candy toy (shokugan) series
- Compact display size, material PVC/ABS
- Choose a single box for one surprise pull or the full set to complete the lineup
Order a single box to test your luck, or grab the whole set and bring the entire Maltese parade home at once.
