Blind Box FAQ
What is a blind box?
Each sealed box contains one random design from the series. Listings marked “Confirmed” let you pick the exact design instead.
Is it authentic?
Yes — every item comes from official manufacturers or authorized distributors. Where a product includes an authentication code, use the brand’s official verification service and follow the instructions on its packaging.
What does “no box” mean?
This option omits the printed retail box. Check the selected variant description for the inner packaging and any included accessories.
Can I get a secret / hidden edition?
Secrets are randomly packed by the manufacturer at the ratio printed on the series box. We keep boxes sealed and never weigh or pick them, so we can’t guarantee which design is inside.
How long does shipping take?
Usually 7–18 business days from order to delivery, including processing and shipping, to most standard destinations. Remote areas: 12–25 days; see the Shipping Policy for details. Free Shipping On Orders Over $30 (USD) In Eligible Areas. Check our Shipping Policy for destination coverage and any exceptions. See our Shipping Policy for the country list. Pre-order items ship after stock reaches our warehouse; check the product listing for its release information.

Policy
Contact support@didapop.com within 14 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, wrong or missing.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for sealed, unopened items in their original packaging. Returns or exchanges are not available solely because a random blind box contains an unwanted design or no secret edition.
Contact us for return authorisation before sending anything back. DidaPop covers return shipping for damaged, defective, wrong or missing items; customers cover return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns.
You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy for eligibility, the return procedure and refund timing: https://didapop.com/policies/refund-policy
At 1/12 scale the clothes stop being printed and start being sewn. Island Dreamland dresses a ball-jointed body in real layered chiffon: a tiered rose and white gown with lace at every hem, a lavender one with a beaded shoulder wrap and a skirt that falls in separate panels, headpieces built from ribbon and small fabric flowers. Hair is rooted and styled rather than moulded.
Ball joints at the shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, so the pose in the official photography is one you set yourself rather than one that comes fixed. Six designs. Note that the official images stage the dolls with scenery props; the props are not included.
