What is a blind box?
Each sealed box contains one random design from the series. Listings marked “Confirmed” let you pick the exact design instead.
Is it authentic?
Yes — every item comes from official manufacturers or authorized distributors. POP MART items carry the brand’s QR code so you can verify them yourself.
What does “no box” mean?
The figure or plush ships sealed in its inner bag without the printed retail box, which keeps shipping lighter and cheaper. Everything else is identical.
Can I get a secret / hidden edition?
Secrets are randomly packed by the manufacturer at the ratio printed on the series box. We keep boxes sealed and never weigh or pick them, so we can’t guarantee which design is inside.
How long does shipping take?
2–5 business days processing, then 10–18 business days shipping to the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia and most of Asia, with tracking. Free over $30. Pre-order items ship once stock reaches our warehouse (see the product title).

If your order contains incorrect items, damaged products, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted beyond 7 days will not be honored.

All items are carefully inspected to ensure the product and packaging are in excellent condition before shipment. However, due to the unpredictable nature of international shipping, we cannot guarantee the outer packaging will remain undamaged during transit.
